- For Kabab - Boil potatoes and Rajma separately in a pressure cooker. Cool, drain and mash separately in two bowls.
- In a bowl separate 1/4 cup mashed Rajma for dip.
- In a wok heat oil and add chopped onions, stir for 3-4 mins, add ginger-garlic paste, stir. Add roasted besan, boiled Rajma and boiled potatoes. Cook until spices well mixed. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, stir very well. Add chopped coriander, chopped mint and salt and stir very well. Let the mix be soft and all moisture absorbed. Cool completely.
- Shape the Kababs and put on the Satay sticks. Set aside. Baste the Grill with ghee and place on the gas over. Put the Kababs and baste ghee on each side of the Kababs. Grill until smoky effect is there and set aside. Complete the batches
- For the Dip - Mix the boiled and mashed Rajma to yogurt, chopped garlic, processed cheese, Chaat masala powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and mix well. Dip is ready.
- Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy
