  1. Get 1 cup Macaroni
  2. Get 1/4 cup Capsicum
  3. Take 1/4 cup Broccoli
  4. Get 1 onion

  6. Prepare 1/4 cup corn kernels
  7. Take 1 Carrot
  8. Make ready 3-4 tbsp Tomato sauce
  9. Take 2 tbsp olive oil

Steps to make Macaroni with veggies:
  1. Take 2 to 3 cups of water in any pan and place it on flame for heating.
  2. When water starts boiling add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp salt and macaroni into it and cook for 10 to 12 minutes. Stir at regular intervals.
  3. Wash all the vegetables, capsicum, carrots, tomato and broccoli, thoroughly, pat dry and then chop them finely.
  4. When Macaroni is cooked strain it with the help of a sieve and discard the water.
  5. Heat some oil in a pan. When oil is hot, add chopped onion and saute for a while. Now add finely chopped carrot and capsicum and again saute for a while. - Blanch Broccoli and add in the pan and sauté. Add corn kernels too.
  6. When vegetables get crunchy, add tomato into it and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Now add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder and tomato sauce into it and mix really well.
  8. Cook for few more minutes. Add boiled macaroni into the masala. Stir for 1 minute and cook the macaroni with vegetables.
  9. Steaming hot veg macaroni is ready. - Take it out in a plate and serve hot.
