Steps to make Whole wheat flour pizza:
- Mix dough ingredients and keep aside for at least half and hour. (More time could help rise the dough even better)
- Evenly cut the veggies and set aside with grated cheese.
- After half and hour, Divide the dough in 5 equal parts and roll in thin circle. Prick with a fork to avoid rising while baking.
- Brush a pan and lightly cook the base first. (I tried to cook a bit more to avoid any chances of being raw) might take 5-10 minutes.
- Spread the pizza sauce, Set the veggies as per your choice and cover with grated cheese.
- Take a kadahi, add salt and preheat for 10 min at medium low flame. Put a ring to avoid any contact of the base stand to salt. Put the prepared pizza base and cover the lid.
- Cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the cheese melts. Garnish with oregano and chilli flakes and serve hot.. ππ
