- Chop your veggie. If boiling your pasta, add your veggie 3 minutes before done. I microwaved mine separately, you could also blanch or steam.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Stir your veggies into the pasta
- Add sauce to your pasta, stir it in.
- Serve. Garnish as desired. I'm using chopped green onions and sesame seeds here.
