Instructions to make Moringa Vadi ki Sabji:
  1. Chop the greens and keep aside.
  2. Take a pan add 2 tsp ghee and roast the Vadi's. Remove,Keep aside. Take the same pan add the 2 tbsp ghee, once heated add Cumin seeds and asafoetida. Add Red chilli powder, give a stir and add ginger chilli crushed or paste. Add turmeric powder and dhaniya powder. Add about a glass and 1/4 of water and bring it to a boil.
  3. Once the water boils, simmer the flame and let the water boil for 2 minutes, now add the chopped greens and salt according to taste. You have to remember that the Vadi's contain salt so add accordingly.Let this simmer for 5 minutes. Now add the roasted Vadi's and cook for further 3 to 5 minutes till the Vadi's are soft.
