  11. Make ready Olive Oil
  12. Get Salt
  13. Get Pepper

Instructions to make Chili:
  1. Using about 1 Tablespoon olive oil, saute veggies in pot adding salt and pepper to taste, on medium heat.

  3. Brown Ground beef and strain
  4. Same for Beef Chuck
  5. Everyone goes back in the pot on medium heat with a bit more olive oil. Mix together.
  6. Lower heat and add tomatoes and spice packets. Mix and Simmer for an hour. Mixing occassionally.
  7. Add Kidney Beans and simmer for another hour.
  8. Enjoy! Serve with noodles, fritos, cheese, onion, corn bread, jalepeno…..whatever you like!
