  4. When the sauce is done, place the cooked pasta in the sauce and toss. Add remaining fresh parsley on top and as much freshly grated Parmesan as you’d like!
  5. You may garnish with more olives if so desired.

Toss whole grape tomatoes (or chopped larger tomatoes) onto pan or cookie sheet, sprinkle with pepper, No Salt! Add pasta, parsley, and butter to sauce. Toss vigorously with tongs, adding a splash of pasta cooking liquid or more as needed to create an emulsified sauce that coats pasta. Place the ciabatta on a baking sheet.
