Instructions to make Navratri thali:
- For Potato cauliflower curry: At first, boil potato and cut both vegetables.
- Paste clove, pepper and ginger green chilli.
- Then put oil in a pan and fry cauliflower.
- Now,put ghee in pan.
- Then,add both the vegetable and fry it.
- Then,at the time of saute add all the paste in pan,dry mango and coriander powder.
- Add rock salt,sugar and saute it with some water.
- Then dry curry is ready with coriander leaves.
- Potao okra chat: Boil potato and cut both of them.
- Next,put ghee in pan.
- Add both the vegetables in ghee in pan.
- Add dry mango and all the paste and rock salt on the veg.
- Ready the dry chat of potato okra.
- Raita: take amul curd in a bowl.
- Whisk it with a fork for smooth.
- Then, add pomegranate, yellowish globules and stir gently.
- Mix them with rock salt, paste of pepper and cloves with curd.
- Curd coriander chutney: Take curd in a bowl.
- Then,paste coriander leaves
- Mix the paste with curd and make a chutney.
- Chisel pakora: Knead chisel in plate.
- Now add pomegranate,peanut,coriander leaves and rock salt
- Next,mix it with flour and make small balls.
- Put oil in pan on the gas for fry.
- Then,deep fry the balls and make fry chisel ball.
- Potato pakora: Take boil potato and mash it.
- Then,add coriander leaves,pomegrante,flour, peanuts.
- Then mix all of them with rock salt,green chilli,paste of clove and pepper.make big balls.
- Now,fry them in oil.
- Rasmalai:Next,take chisel and knead with some flour.
- Now, make small balls.
- Then,press the balls in our palm and make a circle.
- Boil the chisel circel in water.
- After some time,take the soft circles from boil water
- Then,boil the milk on induction
- Boil milk with food colour and sugar.
- Next, put the circles in milk and continue boiling
- After that, the chisel circle turn into rasmalai.
- Apple suji halwa: Grate the apple.
- Then,dry roast the semolina in pan.
- Then,put ghee in pan
- Add semolina and apple in pan.
- Stir it in ghee with milk and sugar.
- Next,saute it in pan with dry fruit.
- After sauting some time the halwa will complete.
- Last, puri : Take flour, boil potato, ghee and rock salt.paste of clove and pepper in a plate.
- Mash the boiled potato in flour and mix it.
- Then,add water and knead a dough.
- Make a log and cut it into equal slices.
- Roll each the dough ball into thin circle by a rolling pin.
- Put the pan with oil in gas.
- Now tempt the oil and put the circle in oil.
- Then take the puri from hot oil.
- After that,take a plate and serve all the recipes.
- Lastly,give a sweet to complete the plate of navratri
