- Take mixing bowl add washed fish,squeeze lemon,than add ginger garlic paste, mustard sauce and all spices,
- Mix well coated each and every fish with spices,and cover it and marinated for 10 minutes.
- Take hot pan add butter,when is melt add garlic saute for a minute than add half spring onions,
- Now add marinated Fish, separate all over the pan and sprinkle spring onion like pictures,than cover it and cook for medium flame till fish is cooked
- After 10 minutes turn it over the fish and cook another side,after few minutes fish is nicely cooked,and ready to eat,
- For asparagus and corn take pan add half tbsp butter add asparagus and corns, sprinkle black pepper and salt flame is high roast for 2 minutes,than turn off the flame,ready to serve
