- Wash nicely moong daal & chawal & soak for 1/2 an hour.Heat oil / ghee in a cooker put jeera let them crackle now add hing. Put all veggies & sauté for 5 minitus. Add soaked daal chawal & all spices mix well & cook for 2 -3 minutes.
- Add water ; after 1 boil simmer the gas & cover the cooker with lid till 2 whistle.Switch off the gas; let the cooker cool down & then open & stir once.Garnish with chopped coriander & mint leaves
