The ingredients needed to make Veg Fried Rice:
  1. Prepare 300 gm rice (cooked)(Fresh or leftover)
  2. Take 2-3 tbsps veg oil
  3. Get 2 cups Mixed vegetables chopped
  4. Get as needed Carrot / Beans / Broccoli/ Cauliflower/ capsicum
  5. Make ready 10 Garlic cloves chopped
  6. Prepare 1 medium sized onion chopped
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Chilli oil (see recipe)
  8. Get as per taste Salt
  9. Make ready as required Chopped Green onion (optional)
Steps to make Veg Fried Rice:
  1. Prepare everything needed…cook the rice (don't make it mushy).Chop the garlic, onion and Vegetables. Heat oil in a wok and add in the garlic and onion and saute it. Then add the carrot and saute it.
  2. Then add in all the prepared Vegetables - beans, Broccoli, cauliflower and capsicum/ bell peppers….saute it. Add chilli oil dip and mix well. Add salt as per taste. Then add the cooked rice and mix well but gently. Serve hot with anything you prefer. We had it with Chilli paneer. Bon Appetit!!!
