  16. Make ready 1 cup Boiled & cooked rice -
  17. Get 1/2 cup Fresh methi leaves -
  18. Take 1 tbsp Garlic and chillies - chopped / paste
  19. Make ready 1/2 cup Carrots - chopped
  20. Prepare 1/2 cup Capsicum - chopped
  21. Make ready 1/2 cup Mutter - boiled
  22. Prepare 1 cup Tomatoes - chopped
  23. Prepare 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds -
  24. Take to taste Salt
  25. Take 1/4 tsp Red mirchi powder -
  26. Prepare 1/4 tsp Haldi -
  27. Prepare 1/2 tsp Garam masala -
  28. Make ready 1 tbsp Oil -
  29. Prepare Spring/Green garlic for garnish

  16. Add salt red mirch powder haldi and garam masala. Mix well.
  17. Add boiled mutter and rice. Mix well and cook for a min
  18. Garnish with spring garlic. Serve hot with any curry and raita/ papad/ salad.
