- First of all take a bowl add boiled rice, carrot, cabbage and give it a mix.
- Now add salt,1 spoon cornflour, maida, ginger garlic chilli paste and mix well to make a dough.
- Now make equal sized balls from the mixture.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry all balls till golden brown in colour.
- Now take another kadhai or pan and add 2 spoons oil to it.then add ginger garlic chilli paste, chopped garlic and saute.
- Now add chopped veggies and salt to it.then give a nice mix.
- Now add soya sauce, red chilli sauce,schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and mix it.
- Now take ⅓ cup water and add ½ spoon corn flour.mixvwell and Pour into Kadhai.
- Now add manchurian balls to it.
- Now mix well and add little water if needed. Then add chopped coriander to it.
- Now serve it, it's yummy and spicy.
