- Fry boiled chana in oil for 5 minutes.
- Transfer boiled and fried chana in a big mixing bowl.
- Add remaining soaked chana and chana dal in fried chana.
- Fry peanuts in hot oil.
- Add fried peanuts in mixed chana and mix well.
- For salsa cut all veggies finely..
- Add chilli powder and lemon juice.
- In a food processor add these veggies and run for few seconds.
- Salsa is ready.
- Add this salsa in chana mixture and mix well with spoon.
- Add chaat masala, salt and lemon juice.
- Mix all well and chana salsa chaat is ready.
