  2. Take 1 cup maida
  3. Get 2 tsp yeast

Steps to make Dominos Cheese Burst:
  1. Take a bowl, add a tsp of sugar then add 2 tbsp of warm water into it after that add 2 tsp of active dry yeast, cover it and keep it aside for 10 mins. Don't move it by any means. After 10 mins you will see the yeast gets activated, just mix it with a spoon and keep it aside.
  2. Take another bowl and add one cup of maida and a pinch of salt, mix it, now add the yeast mixture into it and then if required slowly and gradually add water and roll it to form a soft dough. Smash the dough till 10 to 15 mins. Add a tsp of oil and again smash the dough for some more time. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it aside in a warm place without any movement. Let it rest for about 1 and a half hours.
  3. Now let's begin with the toppings. Take 1 tsp oil in a wok. Add capsicum, onions & tomato pieces into it, add a little salt, sugar and just give it a stir, don't fry it completely.
  4. Keep it aside. For chicken topping, see to it that the extra water from the chicken chunks are dried in a cloth and then into it add a tsp of soya sauce, tomato ketchup and 1/2 tsp of ginger -garlic paste into it, give it a mix with a spoon and fry those pieces from 3 to 5 mins in medium to low flame and strain it and keep aside.
  5. After 1 and half hrs, again smash the dough for 10 mins make a big & a small ball from it and again cover it and keep it aside for next 10 mins.
  6. You can spread it with hand or even you can roll it with a rolling pin and prik it with fork to form some small holes so that the pizza doesn't puffed up.
  7. After 10 mins. Take a kadai and add salt into it so much that the base of the kadai should cover with the salt completely. Cover it with a lid and keep it for pre heating in a medium flame for 5 to 7 mins. Now take a plate in which you will set the pizza, brush the plate with butter and sprinkle some maida over it and roll the dough in the shape of a pizza.
  8. Now with the smaller dough make a small, thin chapati and prick it with a fork so that it doesn't puffed up and on tawa cook it half way. For eg. if the bigger dough you rolled it into 16 cms than the smaller one should be some what around 14 cms.
  9. Now add cream cheese in between the pizza or the bigger rolled one & place the smaller chapati ovr it and then seal the edges properly as you have left nearly 2 cms around it. Seal it properly or else the cheese will be oozing out.
  10. Now add some pizza sauce, tomato ketchup, sum mozerella cheese and the remaining toppings and then again add oregeno and chilli flakes and some more cheese over it.
  11. In the mean while, the kadai is pre heated, now place a stand or a small steel bowl over the salt and place the pizza plate over it, cover the lid and cook it on a low to medium flame till 15 mins. And then you are good to go for a yummy cheesy drooling pizza.
