  4. Spread pizza sauce, and spread tbsp of keema onto it… then top up with veggies and add cheese…sprinkle some oregano and grease the tray properly and then place the pizza on it.
  5. Meanwhile prepare the kadhai for baking: spread 1 cup salt into the kadhai.. place a stand on it… cover the kadhai properly and heat on high flame for 10 mins.
  6. Once the kadhai is hot, place the pizza tray onto the stand and cover lid, cook for 10 mins on high flame…take out the pizza and cut into 4 equal parts and pizza is ready to serve…
  7. Note: when the salt cools off after baking u can store this salt in a jar for next baking… so no need to throw this away.
