- Add 2 Tbsp of olive oil in the same pan add the onions, red pepper and chopped tomatoes, garlic, Stir fry for about 7mintues, Add a tbsp of tomato paste, mix and add the spices and seasonings, pour 1/4 cup red non-alcholic red wine.
- Stir and add 1/2 cup chicken broth or water. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Then place the chicken pieces and add the spinach. Cook until the water remains a Little or it thickens. Add some chopped parsley and mix.
