- In a pan first take 2 cups of water when the water boiling then add a pinch of salt,turmeric then add our chopped veggies and cook till veggies aur soft
- Now make a makhanai gravy for that take a woke heat it up add 2 -3 tomatoes,2-5 cashew,2-3 garlic and salt and cook till they become soft..after 15 min when its done cool down the mix and make a paste
- Take a woke add 1 tsp oil and 2 tbsp desi ghee when its hot add jeera,eliachi..saute then add chopped onion cook till transculent then add ginger garlic paste cook till raw smell goes out then add one chopped onion and our species mix it well cook till it relase oil
- Then add our makani gravy.mix it well then 2 tbsp of cashew paste mix it well..then add cooked veggies..cook it for 5 min..if the gravy is too thick little water around 4-5 tbsp..then add 2 tbsp cream and dried powder kasuri metho cook for 5 min..now its done..while serving in a plate add 2-3tbsp of saute almonds and raisin over it..
