  1. Heat butter in a deep pan,add onion & saute it.Now add potato and Tomato with Salt,red chilli powder & cook for 2 min. Then add capsicum, Maggi masala and saute it.Add Maggi into this with water and cook.
  2. In a ladle take 1 Tbsp butter,heat it and add some red chilli powder & heing and pour this tadka over the cooked Maggi.
  3. Garnish with fresh chopped Coriander.
