  5. Pour the melted dark chocolate carefully into the bowl of eggs and sugar then whisk it
  6. Cut the dairy chocolate bar into squares amd cut those squares in half like in the photo
  7. Pour the bits of dairy chocolate into the bowl along with 75g of self raising flour and mix it with a SPOON until it looks like the image (ensure there is no flour on the bottom also)
  8. Pour the mixture into a foil container or 16 inches by 16 inches baking tin and use a spoon to get all the contents of the bowl into the container (Silicone spoons are the best for this)
  9. Put it in the oven for 35 mins on 190°C
  10. Take them out if the oven and let it rest for minimum 30 mins then you can cut it into 16 brownies and enjoy them!

Especially if coffee and chocolate are your love language. For the best results, use chocolate chunks, not chocolate chips. The chunks contribute to the fudgy texture and richness of the brownies.
