  1. Wash and keep poha aside. Cut all veggies and keep aside. Blanch broccoli for 5 mins.Remove in keep in cold water to retain its colour. Remove it in a strainer. Keep all the veggies ready.
  2. In a pan add butter and a spoon of olive oil and add crushed garlic and saute. Then add veggies and saute for 4-5 mins on high flame.Add oregano, chilli flakes, mixed herbs and mix well.Add salt to taste. Add less as cheese also has salt.
  3. Add grated cheese and add poha and mix everything well.
  4. Serve hot. Healthy and yummy poha is ready to serve.
