  7. Dust the roll ball with some flour and make thin roll gently. Don't make the roll thick.
  8. Now, roast the rolls with ghee in a hot pan. You will see golden blisters on both the sides of the roti.
  9. Now, take a single roti. Spread some tomato and soya sauce in the roti.Place the mixture/stuffing in the centre.
  10. Sprinkle some chaat masala on top.
  11. You can wrap them with tissue paper/butter paper and serve hot.
