The ingredients needed to make Meat pulao:
- Make ready 1/2 Kg Meat
- Take 1 kg rice
- Get 5 to 6 tbspn Oil
- Prepare 4 onions
- Get 1/4 kg tomatoes
- Get to taste Salt
- Prepare 2 tbspn Red chilli powder
- Take 2 tbspn Coriander powder
- Take Raw Dry masala
- Prepare 2 tbspn white Zeera
- Take 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Get Coriander leaves and chilli for garnishing
Instructions to make Meat pulao:
- Take oil in pan in add cut onions and make them soft add ginger garlic paste and meat and stir well till its colour change
- Add spices and tomatoes and stir well then add water and make then till meat ready.
- Add double of rice water.
- Add little more salt for rice wait till water starts boiling then add washed rice. And let them cook with lid.
- Sprinkle cut chillies and Coriander leaves on the top and cover it on low flame for 10 mints. Serve with raita or chutney or paapar.
