  4. Pour the smooth runny paste back into the remaining milk/vitalite and return to the heat and stir (sauce will thicken whilst stirring)
  5. Add to your required dish. I add cooked diced chicken and precooked pasta to the sauce pan and mix together.

Cornstarch and milk (plus sugar) makes pudding; as does pearl tapioca. Free from Gluten, Egg, Soya, Wheat, Dairy, Nuts. Continue stirring as the sauce thickens, bring to the boil and cook for a minute Remove the pan from the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
