- Get 250 g oats
- Get 2 ripe bananas
- Take 3 heaped tbsp peanut butter
- Take 50 ml oil

Instructions to make Flapjack:
- Place peanut butter and oil in a microwaveable bowl and zap for approx 20-30 seconds. Just enough to soften the peanut butter then mix.
- Add the peanut butter and oil mix to the oats in a large mixing bowl.
- Using the same bowl as the peanut butter, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add the banana and the remainder of the ingredients to the large bowl and mix.
- Line and grease an oven proof dish. Add the mix and firm into place.
- Bake for 55mins at 140°c (fan)
- Allow to cool for a few minutes then turn out and cut into pieces.
