  1. Wash and soak tuar dal for 1 hrs
  2. Take a pressure cooker add tuar (chikpea) dal and all chopped veggie pressure cook for 2-3 whistle at medium flame.
  3. Take a pan or kadhai put oil add cumin seeds when it crackling add red chilli & tezpatta add Hing put onion when it turns translucent add tomatoes add roasted dalma masala and pour the pressure cooker mix.cook till boiled.serve hot with bhat.
