- In the same skillet, add shallot and white wine, let cook about 5 min, turn heat to medium low, add half and half, whisk for a few min, it'll start to bubble, once it's thickened some, after about 7 min turn heat to low, add mustard, salt, granules, and chicken. Cover. Cook 5 min.
