Before pouring the mixture into the boiling water, stir the mixture once again in case the starch is settled to the bottom. Drain well in a colander, then run noodles under cold water until cooled.

- Adding 200g potato starch in a bow.
- Mixing well 200g potato starch with 200g water.
- Boiling the reset 800g water in a pot.
- Adding the mixture into the boiling water, then adjust the heat to soft, and keep stirring.
