To begin with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook bruschetta using 14 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.
The ingredients needed to make Bruschetta:
- Prepare baguette/french loaf
- Take green capaicum
- Take red bell pepper
- Take yellow bell pepper
- Get onion
- Get tomato
- Take olive oil
- Make ready oregano
- Prepare black pepper powder
- Take dry basil
- Prepare grated cheese
- Make ready butter
- Take Salt
- Make ready Red chilli flakes for sprinkle
Steps to make Bruschetta:
- Finely chop all the vegetables.
- Now in a big bowl, transfer all veggies, olive oil, oregano, basil, black pepper and half cup of cheese and mix well. Cover and keep in refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours so the flavour of herbs is infused well in veggies.
- Cut the baguette in slices and dry toast it on a skillet or in oven. (You can prepare it in advance too.)
- At the time of serving, add salt in veggie mix. Spread butter on toasted baguette slices.
- Now put spoonful of prepared topping on buttered slice. Sprinkle some cheese and chilli flakes
- Bake it or microwave it for 2 minutes and serve. Can add fresh basil leaves.
