- Heat two tsp oil in a pan add garlic chilli paste. Cook for two min then add Niger mix seed powder again cook for two more min.
- Add the chopped spring onion and salt to taste cook till nice and soft
- Roll two thick chapatis of the wheat flour dough. Spread the above masala on one chapati nicely.
- Cover it with the other chapati,roll it tightly covering the masala well and now cut small roundels.
- Roll these small roundels in thin flat chapati. Use rice flour and besan flour mix to dust it while rolling.
- Cook it on low flame on both sides with small amount of oil.
- The dusting with besan and rice flour gives these paratha a nice crispy cover.
