Steps to make Sindhi - Kadhi Chaval:
  1. Wash all veggies under running water get little dry if you like any other veggies you can add.
  2. In a pan heat 2-3 spoons oil veggies (without drumstick) mix well add little salt mix well cover & cook on sim flame of gas.
  3. Take a pan (medium size) add oil2-3 spoon add mustard seeds (crackers) add fenugreek seeds saute curry leaves
  4. Now add Chickpeas (besen) flour stir continuously till the colur change.add tomato puree mix fast add 4 cup water add turmeric powder, red chilli powder & salt mix well.
  5. Add drumsticks cut into pieces add fry vegetables mix well, next add tamarind pulpa and fresh Coriander leaves.
  6. It's ready serve with steam rice if you want you can deep fry veggies or add raw in curry then cook.
  7. But deep fry becomes more oily & raw takes more time to cook or want more spicy and tangy adjust with your taste.
