Add pan to preheated oven and cook until pork temps to 145°F.mine took about 35 minutes. Remove from oven cover with foil for 5 minutes before cutting tenderloin.
  5. While tenderloin and potatoes are cooking, add all dipping sauce ingredients to bowl and mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Slice tenderloin, plate with potatoes and a dollop of the dipping sauce. I served with a side salad. Hope you enjoy!
