Hyderabadi Haleem Recipe is an authentic and traditional Ramadan special delicacy served as an evening meal during iftar after fasting for the whole day. Haleem is a traditional and royal dish of Hyderabad- the enchanting land of Nizams. Originally an Arabic dish, it was brought to Hyderabad centuries ago during the rule of the seventh Nizam and soon got it's. Haleem is a special form of food, for oral consumption.
Instructions to make Haleem:
- First boil meat with 3 to 4 glass of water
- Add ginger, garlic paste and meat tenderizer
- Now add masala packet from shan easy cook haleem packet(it's 2 in 1 pack) masala pack + daal mix
- Cover it and cook it until meat becomes super soft
- Now take another wok dissolve daal mix pack in water with whisk(make sure it has no lumps)
- Now coom it on low flame.. Stirring continuously after 10 mins add boiled meat in it and stirring continuously..
- Add 2 to 3 glass of water in it.. And cover it with lid on low flame
- After 10 mins with wooden spoon do gota for 15 to 20 mins continuously
- Note:You can add or less water acc to your need of thickness
- Give tarka with oil and onion
- Garnish it with onion, lemon, ginger and mint leaves
- Enjoy it with tandoor ki roti ❤️
