- Add mayonnaise, oyster sauce and water. Stir and simmer on low fire for about 2 minutes until it slightly thickens.
- Add fried tofu and bell peppers. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve on a sizzling plate with calamansi. Optional: serve with fried egg on top with rice on the side.
