- Take a cup of refined flour add oil and salt mix it and knead a soft dough with using of water. Divide into 4 equal parts.
- Make round thin chapati and fork it with knife. Cook it half. Put aside.
- Take a kadai add oil and green chilli, onion saute it then add cspsicum saute it and add cabbage toss it slightly.
- Add soy sauce, red chilli and green chilli sauce. Mix it well.
- Add tomato ketchup and mix it. Add the manchurian rectangle in it and mix it well. Now remove it from kadhai and put it in plate.
- Take a chapati spread schezwan sauce on it… Put some cabbage and onion's julienne.
- Now put manchurian rectangle on it. Grate cheese on it. Then take a pan grease it with ghee/butter.
- Put the frankie roll on pan. Slightly roast it both side. Remove from pan.
- Now serve it hot hot….
