- Now take a pressure cooker add the oil. Add cumin seeds and the add whole spices.
- After that add mint leaves in the oil and add onions chopped, Ginger garlic paste and green chilli.
- Once it's partially cooked, add the tomatoes and add the enough salt and turmeric powder.
- Once this is cooked, add the masala powders given and let it come together as a mushy texture.
- Now add the coconut milk and once it's comes to boil add the soaked rice and then pressure cook it.
- Serve it with curd or onion raita.
