- Reduce the remaining sauce-for 6 mins or more until sauce appears shimmering/shiny/sticky(glaze). Add more honey if desired. Heat oven @ 200’C for 6mins.
- Pour the glaze over the chicken and oven cook for 25mins on the top shelf.
