- First trial, mistakes noted….. Not turning in one direction causing lots of bubbles. while using lemon juice for buttermilk, remove the pulp as much as you can.
- Final result….. Cake tastes like one….. Though soft like a brownie….. With significantly reduced fat, in this case butter…. Thanks for reading
