Ab ek ball lekar roti belege fir cutter se man chahe shape me cut karege ab griddle par roti sek lege isi tarah baki rotiyan bhi bana lege fir rotiyon par pure ghee laga denge. Rotiyan ready hai
- Daal ke liye moong dal dho kar 2.5 pani dal kar sath me haldi aur salt dal kar pressure cooker me medium slow flame par 1 whistle lege fir pressure release hone par khole. Ab tadka pan me ghee garamkarege jeera dalege crackle hone par hing dale ab ise turant dal me dal kar dal ko dhak denge.dal ready hai
- Mix veg ke liye wok me oil dal kar garamkarege jab oil garamho jaye jeera dalege crackle hone par baki ke masaale dalege for sabhi veggies dalege aur salt kar mix karege ab lid laga ke slow flame par cook karege.jaroorat ho to halka sa pani dalege. Jab sabji pak jaye lid hatayege kuch sec. Chala kar flame off kar denge. Mix veg ready hai.
- Dates sweet ke liye.dates yani khajoor ko mixer me pees lenge.Ab wok me dal kar 10 min tak slow flame par lagatar chalate huye pakayege fir poppy seeds aur dryfruits dal kar mix karege aur flame off kar dege.
- Ab halke garamme hi hath me ghee laga kar dates ko log shape denge fir 1/2 cm ke pieces me cut kar lenge. Dates dryfruits sweet ready hai.
- In sab me ham dates Sweet ko pahle se ready kar ke rakh le. Baki cheejo me mix veg aur dal banaye.jab tak ye dono cook ho roti ka aata (dough) ready kar le. Fir dal me tadka lagaye aur sabse last me rotiyan banaye aur sabhi cheejo ke saath garma garamrotiyan serve karein apne ladle ko.
