  5. Sprinkle some dry peanut garlic chutney,over the green chutney. Cover the masala both side shown as pictures.make vertical cut the other half of the strip and cover this as shown as a picture
  6. Preheat the oven 180 degrees for 10 min. Keep the vada 30 mins rest. After milk coating the vada. Then bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 mins.
  7. Brush some butter on each of them and sprinkle some dry peanut garlic chutney.
  8. Serve hot with tamarind chutney.
