3. Add milk, cream, black pepper, parsley,dried herbs and parmesan cheese. Meanwhile add pasta penne to big pot which has boiling water.
4. Let the sauce in skillet simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes while pasta is in cooking process in pot.
5. Drain the pasta and mix it with chicken and white cheesy sauce in skillet. Wait 10 minutes before serving so the sauce absorb better by pasta.
