2. Mix the fillet with salt and pepper, first pass through the flour, then on your beaten egg,finish with the bread crumbs, do the same untill you finish all,make sure dip both sides
3. Heat the oil in low heat,then deep fry,
4. Remove from the heat and drain unnecessary oil,serve with pasta or plain rice,
