Mix this into hot chicken broth; mix with wire whip or electric mixer. To make meatballs, place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with hands to combine. With wet hands, roll mixture into walnut-size balls. Sauerkraut meatball stew: Place the sauerkraut in a larger pot.
